Your first point of contact on most occasions is likely to be Michelle who has recently joined the Inkwell team, so please treat her gently. Michelle will endeavour to help you, if unable to she will transfer you to the person who hopefully can.

Our ‘Kirk of the starship enterprise’ is Sandra co-owner with her husband Ian (Inky) who skillfully juggles a multitude of tasks. Sandra is at the helm of the business and is the person who will initially call on you to discuss your requirements.

If required Sandra will get Inky to provide an estimate of the work to be carried out. After passing the information to the origination department she will be ‘speeding!’ to drop off your proofs. Finally, Sandra will be delivering your completed order.

Inky, her husband, deals with estimating and costing, organises production to meet those tight deadlines often set by customers and still after 37 years in print still feels most at home when on the press.
